Clarice Norin joined CCLF in March 2009. Among other responsibilities, she manages all aspects of the loan closing process. Prior to CCLF, Clarice worked at Chicago Equity Fund and National Equity Fund. She has been working in the affordable housing industry since 1993 and has been a paralegal for 19 years, specializing in corporate, securities and real estate law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an honors paralegal certificate, both from Roosevelt University. Outside of CCLF, she enjoys writing about animals and related topics. Her essays can be found in The Encyclopedia of the World’s Zoos, and she has written for the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Docent (AZAD) newsletter, Symbiosis. On most Sundays Clarice can be found at Lincoln Park Zoo, where she has been volunteering since 1985.
