Rhonda McFarland

Rhonda McFarland joined the team in October 2006 as CCLF's Director of Lending, managing the lending and technical assistance programs. Rhonda has significant expertise in community development lending: most recently, she was the Managing Director of the RM Group, LLC, a real estate and small business consulting practice. She has also held community lending positions at Harris Bank and First National Bank of Chicago. Rhonda served on CCLF's board in 2000 and 2001, and is a former chair of the loan committee. Rhonda was also a board member for the South East Chicago Commission, serving until August 2009.
