Rob Rose

Rob joined CCLF in March 2012. Throughout his career, Rob has been responsible for nearly $3.2 billion in capitalization across a wide range of portfolios:  Before joining CCLF, Rob was Director of Commercial Real Estate at Urban Partnership Bank, where he managed a $170 million portfolio.  At The Lynd Company, he managed a 420-unit property, and at GE Capital, Rob helped underwrite over $900 million in equity investments over six years.

Rob is pursuing his MBA from Cornell University, with expected completion in August 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management from St. Edward’s University.

When Rob finishes his workday, he doesn’t leave his passion for strategy and numbers at the door. An avid poker enthusiast, Rob enjoys playing in a variety of tournaments around the country. Rob resides in Evergreen Park with his fiancée and two daughters.
