Back Of The Yards Neighborhood Council

Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council, a 67-year-old nonprofit serving Chicago’s southwest side, sought a predevelopment loan for a large mixed-use development in Brighton Park. The project, to be developed at 3146-56 West 47th Street, consists of approximately 60 apartment units for seniors aged 62 and older at 60% of AMI or below. In addition, the project will provide a daycare center for children ages 2-5 and after school programs.
