Genesis Housing Development (NSP)

Through the federal government's Neighborhood Stabilization Project (NSP), 7622 S Cregier is a gut rehab of an existing Chicago 2 BD bungalow home in South Shore. Improvements include replacement of all major HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing systems, interior demolition & restoration, addition of 2nd bathroom and a 3rd bedroom. This project is co-funded by the Historic Chicago Bungalow Association and will restore the architectural characteristics and historic Chicago Bungalow features. This bungalow project has full support from the City and the Mayor’s Office.
