CCLF provided a loan for construction and permanent financing for this mixed-use project in North Lawndale. The project contains 26 affordable rental units and 5,000 of square feet of commercial space. All of the units are affordable residential housing, with half of the units reserved for residents making 50% of the area median income (AMI), and the other half for residents at 60% of AMI.
