Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH)

CCLF financed the predevelopment of this transit-oriented mixed-use development, which helped POAH leverage $20,000,000 in additional financing for the project. The project consists of 65,000 square feet of retail space, with two anchor stores on the northern and southern parts of the development and infill specialty retail corner nodes. In addition, the development will have over 420 mixed-income housing units.
