Quad Communities Arts And Recreation Center LLC

CCLF provided the Quad Communities Arts and Recreation Center with the predevelopment funding to begin construction on the state-of-the-art 85,000 square foot arts and recreation center that will provide amenities, programs and facilities for the residents of the North Kenwood and Oakland communities. The Center will focus on recreational programs that emphasize athletics and academics equally, as well as collaborative arts activities that foster community and highlight excellence.
