This loan provided the Resource Center with working capital while it awaited invoices from the City of Chicago. The Resource Center contracts with the City of Chicago to provide recycling pick up services to a number of CHA developments, including Altgeld Gardens, LeClaire Courts, Hilliard Homes, Wells/Washington Park, Trumbell and Lathrop Homes.
