After a large disinvestment, CCLF became involved with Shorebank Tri-Fund to ensure that the Lake Park Shopping Center succeeded. This neighborhood shopping center contains 3 one- and two-story, multi-tenant retail buildings. The total gross building area is approximately 96,000 square feet on 4.33 acres, with 80,000 square feet of leasable space.
