Allison Butts joined CCLF in October as Loan Closing Officer. Allison is a licensed real estate broker, and has developed comprehensive marketing solutions for sellers/lessors of residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining CCLF she was a consultant to small to mid-size developers of market rate and affordable residential construction. She also held previous positions at Seaway National Bank as a Loan Review Officer and Mortgage Loan Officer.
