Candace M. Gregory joined CCLF in January 2017 as the Senior Accountant and was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2018. In this position, Candace produces financial and operational related reports, conducts compliance monitoring and reporting to investors and funders, supports capitalization efforts and monitors and reports investment metrics to management, key stakeholders and investors. She is a seasoned professional in the accounting field and enjoys working for not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining CCLF, Candace served UNO Charter School Network as Senior Accountant and Accounts Payable Supervisor. Previously, she held the position of Senior Staff Accountant at The Chicago High School for the Arts.
Candace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Forensic Accounting from Roosevelt University. In 2019, Candace earned a Certificate in Community Development Finance, sponsored by the University of New Hampshire’s Carsey School of Public Policy and the Opportunity Finance Network.
