Deborah Sabol joined CCLF in April 2014 as the Office Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in May 2014. In this position, Deborah is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization along with IT management, facilities management and Human Resources.
Deborah is a seasoned professional with experience in sales support, project management and O2C. Prior to joining CCLF, sheheld various positions with Wm. Wrigley Jr Co., Hallmark Services Corporation (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) and Stanley, Black & Decker.
Deborah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Development from DePaul University. In 2019, Deborah earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management organization.
