Kelly Shelton is a member of CCLF’s Portfolio Management team as an Asset Manager. She administers CCLF construction and rehab loans, works with borrower compliance and assists in tracking social impact data. She joined CCLF’s lending team in November 2017. Kelly was previously an intern at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Masters Science degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.
