James A. Norris, Senior Loan Program Officer II, joined CCLF in October 2019. James has over 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience as a Senior Underwriter/Credit Manager. His experience includes underwriting investments with office, retail, multi-family, industrial and hotel properties. James also has expertise in credit and analysis. He has held credit/underwriting positions at leading financial institutions, including LaSalle Bank, Urban Partnership Bank, Northern Trust and CIBC US Bank.
James holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He is married with two beautiful daughters. In his free time, James is an avid podcast listener and enjoys martial arts, weightlifting and reading.
