Yelena Parks Joined CCLF as Executive Management and Office Coordinator in July of 2023 after relocating with her family from Columbus, OH.
Yelena has over ten years of experience in non-profit and local government sectors, with her last position as a Deputy City Clerk working with the City Clerk’s Office supporting the City Council, where she gained knowledge of local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
Yelena graduated from the Ohio State University with her BA in English and a minor in Russian. In her free time, Yelena enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, exploring everything that Chicago has to offer.
